SHIPPING POLICY
We ship your orders directly from our
warehouse in India. Your order will be delivered to you by DHL / Air Borne
Express / UPS / Business Post and your order is insured while in transit.
Shipping Cost
The shipping cost depends on the number of products you purchase and the country
of delivery. The shipping cost is calculated automatically once you login to
your account and provide the country of delivery.
Shipping Schedules and Delivery
We ship Monday through Saturday. Every effort is made to ship the items as
quickly as possible once an order is received. You will normally receive your
order within 5-8 days.
Signature Required
All orders are shipped by Reliable Courier Service with SIGNATURE REQUIRED UPON
DELIVERY. Please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to
sign for your package upon delivery.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to locations within the United States of America,
Canada, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand. For other destinations, please

Gift Packing
A Special Gift-Packing can be arranged free of cost. Kindly mention Gift
Wrap in 'Special Notes' section of Order Form.
RETURNS POLICY
Returns / Exchanges
If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you can exchange your purchase for a
different item from our store. You must ship the item at your expense and be
received by us within 14 days of your receipt of the goods. It must be complete,
unused and undamaged. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
In case you select an item which is costlier than one which you paid for, you
will have to pay the difference amount. If you select an item which is of less
amount, the balance amount can be adjusted in shipping charges.
Refunds
At the moment, we do not entertain refunds.
